The support our counselors provide can include but is not limited to:

Individual meetings (in person, over the phone or via video conference) with a qualified counselor;
Help creating and developping a job search plan;
Help to create, improve and translate resumés, cover letters and reference documents;
Job search and interview techniques;
Employment tools and resources;
Career plans;
Stategies to help you in the work place and at school (anxiety and stress management, budgeting, improving work place/classroom etiquette, etc.)
