Eligibility
- 18 years of age or older;
- English and living in the Eastern Townships;
- Either a Canadian citizen or permanent resident or on a work visa (some exceptions may apply).
- Working or in school full-time (some exceptions may apply);
- Living in Canada on a student visa;
- In Canada with refuge status.
